Dear Sir/Madam I have submitted the Sony phone for third time at Chennai, Tambaram Service Centre. Work Order is W115013103682. Please consider my request for service at the earliest. I understood from Sony Support Website that other customers also facing the same issue of Camera problem in same model. I have barely used this phone since i purchased. A new phone i have given thrice for repair. With lot of marks and dent that every time service person open the cover for repair. Phone has been updated with latest software every time. Please look in to the matter urgently. I request for refund of my phone purchase amount since it seems a manufacturing defect for the whole lot produced of this model.
