Replacement of geyser under warranty

I have registered a complaint for a faulty geyser on 23 Oct 18 vide complaint no.1810164870. Authorized technician arrived to assess the fault and informed me that the geyser would be replaced as it cannot be repaired and is within the warranty period. He has taken the Happy code and promised to complete the job within one week. That was the last I saw or heard from him. It has been now one month now. 2. Despite repeated calls to the service centre and you customer care executive, the complaint remains pending. 3. I would like to bring to your notice that for a reputed company, your customer support is incredibly atrocious, not to mention extremely disappointing to say the least. The service centre, VS Electricals, deputed for the repair are equally incompetent and unresponsive. I wish to use harsher language but as an educated citizen, I shall refrain from doing so. 4. I know that this ROG shall fall on deaf ears and I will eventually be buying another geyser, definitely not yours, but of a rival company. I am just so frustrated that the least I can do is let people know of your utter disregard for customer satisfaction and the production of substandard products. 5. If you company has any value systems, then I would expect a prompt resolution of the matter. Else I have no choice but to officially take it up with Consumer Court.
