Replacement of M8800 PIXON faulty mobile

I am consumer of SAMSUNG mobile M8800 with touch screen since 24th August 2009. I have purchased this mobile from New Kenwood Centre SB/2-A ,Windsor Plaza, R C Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Baroda-07 Ph No: 0265 2331313. After completion of 8 months, touch screen started giving problem and suddenly stopped working. I contacted Authorized service centre at Vadodara – M/s. PRS Service centre, Near Urmi Society, in the month of May 2010.They also found defect in the touch screen panel. So, they replaced touch screen panel and returned after 5 days. Again touch screen panel started giving problem in the 1st week of August 2010.The Sensors of the touch screen at the right hand side bottom portion were slow in response and at certain point of time it was not giving response. Once, again I approached their Authorized Service Centre M/s. PRS Service centre. Vadodara .I was informed by In charge of Service Centre that this problem is related to software for which they will have to refer to their technical team in Head Office. They advised me to contact after 17th August’10.Accordingly, I visited M/s. PRS Service centre on 18th August 2010 but since they have closed down operation, they directed me to contact Mr.Ketanbhai of M/s.Gayatri Enterprises in Fatehganj area or Mr. Sandeepbhai at Regional Office in Ahmedabad. Accordingly, I approached at Fatehganj Office.Mr. Sandeepbhai was also available with Mr.Ketanbhai in the office but since server was down on that day they advised me to contact again on 20th August 2010 and as per his advice I trusted and handed over my handset to them on 21st August 2010 for resolving the problem (Ref.Work Order No. R 073).
Even after repeated try they could not solve the problem and later on agreed to give replacement. Looking to the in built problem it clearly reflects that Mobile is faulty. Therefore, I asked for give replacement with full warranty or give my money back.
On 12th October 2010 your local office agreed to replace faulty mobile with new one with only one month warranty. This is not acceptable in view of very bad experience in the past. This model is a failure. More over technically it has inherent problem which your technical team could not resolve. I am repeatedly trying to contact their Ahmedabad Office as well as Vadodara office but I am not getting proper response.
I want positive reply as early as possible. I have also given complaint to Samsung India “SUPPORT INDIA pport.indiasamsung.com – but till date there is no action for giving me justice. ….Their Regional Office at Ahmedabad is also not picking up the phone and responds. I also tried to contact their Head office over telephone/E mail but, there is no positive response. Every time I am getting msg. “Thank you for calling SAMSUNG. Trust your query has been resolved”. Please quote BP No. for any future reference. This BP number keeps on changing and for every communication you get different BP number. I have sent 4 to5 times communication over mail/phone but in reality they do not respond. It is very difficult to contact there office over phone and they do not put to right person. I am really fed up with their services and response.
I request you to strongly take up the matter and help me in getting my money back.
