Ref: HDFC Standard Life Policy No.11916332 (.) HDFC Loan Acct. No.396148909 (.) Commencement of Insurance 10/6/2008 (.) Further to above reference, i would like to say that i have paid an amount of Rs. 24832.00 to HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company for coverage of under HDFC Home Loan Protection Plan. I have borrowed loan of Rs.5,25,000/- (including Insurance coverage) against a 1 BHK flat. During end of October 2013, i have repaid Rs.4,30,000/- as prepayment with applicable penalty. The Said Policy is no where mentioned about repayment of premium, in case of pre-payment. Even as a policy holder, I have not received the original policy bond or copy of its. I have received now through the original documents when i cleared the total payment to HDFC. In this connection, may I request your directions to concerned insurance agency to refund the premium from 2013 to 2021. Request your confirmation at the earliest.
