We booked a Bed Room Set Model#012 and Mattress at Furniture Mela at Ice Sketing Rink, Kolkata and the Order No.BF dated 15/08/2014. On my voucher delivery was due within one month written but till date i.e. on 25/11/2014 the consignment doesn’t reached to us neither any call from the consignor.Repeatedly phoning the answer is we are sending within the two three days.

We want either the consignment or our advance amount back with the interest for this prolonged date.
