YepMe.com – False information on refund

I purchased “Yepme Conane Denim – Medium Wash / Dark Wash” on YepMe.com on 10th September 2014. I received the product but the size was smaller than what YepMe claimed. So I filed a return of the product. Yepme has a policy of returning money and courier charges within 30 days. Yepme received the product and after a lot many days and calling them for a few times, I got a sms on 22nd October that a refund of Rs.620 has been processed through eVantage. I checked my account and did not receive any refund. I waited a few more days but did not receive any money. Since then I have been calling Yepme support and they claim that refund has been done in to my account. They also gave me a transaction reference number,which I confirmed with my bank and they said nothing with that reference number is there. They asked me to provide my bank statement from 20th october to 25th october. I sent them my bank statement from 20th to 31st october. There was no transaction with that reference number. I asked them to confirm and tell me which account they transferred money, but they said they cant disclose and dont have access. They asked me to send email to refund@yepme.com for their account team to look into this. I sent three mails till date but got no reply from them. I have to call their customer support every time and explain the issue. They gave me complaint number and further gave me a follow up number as well. Their executive told me some one from team will call but no one called. Also, they claimed to send courier charges refund but I have got no such charges or coupon etc. Following are the details for the case: Order number – 10419979 Order date – 10th September 2014 Order Value – Rs.620 Courier charges – Rs.150 Transaction detail (paid from my account) – BIL/000645953005/YM_J/1409101507405 6V Yepme Complaint number – 1010994 Refund reference number given by Yepme – RE17102014612429333 Second complaint number 1150754 (Talked to customer care executive Rahul on 19th November 2014 14:00) He told me that I will get a reply in 3 days.

I want my money back along with the courier charges and also I want the reimbursement for the time and money I wasted in calling yepme again and again. I would also request to get courier charges refunded in cash and not in coupon, as I am not going to buy a single thing on yepme now.
