Vodafone Mobile network issues not resolved

I have been facing network issues since long on my Vodafone number 09833175xxx (mostly at all localisations and specially at my residence in Lokhandwala Andheri West) for which I have launched many complaints with customer care in past and written similar correspondences to the Nodal officer. However there has been no improvement in the network services because of which I had to to opt for MNP to another network. Subsequently your customer care officers got in touch with me again and assured that network engineers will visit my residence to understand the technical problems in detail (kindly note that I have been asking for this since the very beginning of my complaints), however again this did not happen and I was updated that tower maintenance work has been undertaken (which I am hearing for a long time). After much deliberation I have been advised to write this letter/mail communication to you confirming my no objection on installation of a booster device which might help improve the signal issues. Following the advise I had written to them on the email provided on 26th October only to realise later on a follow up call to them that the given email was not appropriate. No resolution has been found till date and I continue to lose everyday. Please get in touch with me for any further understanding.

I would like their engineers to visit my residence and determine the root cause of this issue subsequently arriving at a concrete solution and improvement in services within 15 days. Also more consideration and seriousness required from key stakeholders on conquer complaints instead of using of standard response methods.
