I ordered blackberry Z10 on retailbunny. I paid online to retailbunny on 5-March-2014. On 14-March,retailbunny said that they didn’t have mobile in stock and my money would be refunded. But, It has been two and half months now, I have not got my money back.

I lost Rs.17,894/- Almost eighteen thousand. Because of that, I have not bought my mobile yet. Whenever I call the customer care, They are saying that my money would refunded within 3-4 business days. It didn’t happen till now.

I want my money back. Note: I selected rechargeitnow. Because, retailbunny is not there in the list. Retailbunny is the brand name. (http://www.retailbunny.com/index.php).I couldn’t submit without selecting anything. Sorry for the inconvenience.
