I had purchased Acer Aspire E3 112M laptop online from Flipkart. It was delivered on 26.09.15. The product was defective, hence lodged a complaint with request to return. Return was accepted on 30.09.15. Same day I received a message from AM-EKRATL that on Godhan Lal Sharma will come to pick up the defective piece. He did not come. On 01.10.15, I talked to him. He said that on Rahun will come to collect the item. None of them came. Whole day I had been waiting. Now I have received a message that someone will come to pick up on 02.10.15. I don’t know whether it will happen.
