Dear Sir we have given our HTC 816 hand set to Totoodo smart phone workshop center on 05.06.2015 for service but till now these people was telling that today evening , tommarrow evening, day before these the story they are telling from months ago. The concern person Mr. Balakrishna who has taken our mobile hand set and left the job also. now they are telling we dont have your mobile set. we need our hand set back.

I have purchased 526g+ from Sec-22b, chandigarh, ON DATED 18-7-15 but the phone was faulty one as it damaged my both ears during calling. I go to the hTC customer care centre next day, and they said it has software problem. But after that the problem remains the same. Now I want to replace that phone but they making excuses. please help me.
