I had order a 31 in 1 Multipurpose Screwdriver Set from shopclues on Sept.21, 2015. Order # 68615332. The order was canceled by shopclues due to the product not being available on Sept. 22, 2015 and a refund was initiated Now it has been more than a week And I still haven’t received the refund.

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have placed a order no. 62690867 for 4 nos dream decor designer cotton double bed sheet with 2 pillow cover @ 199/- per piece & 2 nos dream decor pack of 2 designer eyelet door curtain -damas maroon @ 399 per piece but shopclues send me 6 nos bed sheets without door curtain. so please tell me what can i do this kind of silly mistake how it is possible. So please arrange to send me 2 no door curtain at your earliest without any cost.
