Review of Reliance Broadband in Jaipur

Hi, I have taken the broadband connection of Reliance on 26th Dec. Till 14th Jan it worked fine, but after that it suddenly got disconnected. I lodged a complaint at their call center on 14th Jan itself. Today it is 24th Jan and still I am getting no connectivity of reliance broadband. I tried multiple times calling their customer care and everytime I got the reply that you will receive a call from our technical team regarding the issue. Till this date, I just received one call from technical team and unfortunately I couldn’t receive that call since I was driving. But after that I received no call from their technical team. I tried calling that number also but it could not be reached. I also asked the customer to get a call back from their technical team but their customer care was rude and said that : “You received call but you didn’t pick up, it is not our fault”. I was flabbergasted by their reply.

Anyway, after so much hassling with them I decided to discontinue the service from Reliance since I am getting no Internet anyway. For that also, I lodged a complaint that I want to discontinue the service. But they said they have taken the complaint and will give again a call to confirm. What the hell is with their customer care. I have no clue. I waited for their call for 48 hours but they didn’t call, and the next day when I called them again asking about the status of my “discontinuation” request, they replied that they have closed that request. I asked them how can they close the request of discontinuation? They replied that they will again lodge a request and my connection will be terminated within 48 hours after getting a confirmation from me. Till now I haven’t received any call from them. Now the status is : I AM STILL GETTING NO CONNETIVITY FROM RELIANCE AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO TERMINATE MY CONNECTION. This is plain customer harassment, mental torture from RELIANCE BROADBAND. Since I use internet to sometime work from home for office. But because of reliance I had recharge costly 3G services for doing my work. Also, not to mention but mental torture too. I want to quickly terminate my connection and refund my Rs 1100 which i paid in advance for the connection.
