On my Videocon pre-Paid Mobile Connection, International (ISD) calls are disabled for no reason. Complaint references: Ref no 1657581362 and 1643441002 Nov complaint – 1621673606 I’m loosing communication and have to make calls through phones of colleagues or neighbors and pay them in cash for each call. I demand that the operator be Penalized for not taking action and recurring issues.
