Complain No. & Date 14979921/20-01-2015(Registered on SNAPDEAL.COM). Sir, I purchased on-line SAMSUNG GURU MUSIC 2 DUOS (SM-B310E) on date 10 Dec. 2014 by SNAPDEAL but now internal problem in mobile when i go to samsung care there engineer told me this mobile is DUPLICATE after that i will complain to SNAPDEAL but till date no any response from SNAPDEAL. So, heartily request you please help me.

I demand Replacement my mobile phone from SnapDeal as they can’t sell a duplicate Mobile and get away without being punished for the consumer criminal offence committed.
