This is regarding the payment dispute with Shine.com – A Hindustan Times company. Pls. note the following as part of the background of the dispute: I am partner in a recruitment firm called IndiaTech Services. We had signed on for the database access @Rs. 52809-/- per annum from Shine.com website to search for resumes (Suitable candidates) and post our positions on their portal (web site). I had paid the annual database access charges via my personal citibank credit card and got the amount converted into 9 EMIs. I now realized that it was a trick by shine.com so that they get the payment upfront and customer can not do anything due to hassles involved in reversing credit card payments. We had not been satisfied with the product from the day one and we have brought it to the notice of concerned people at shine.com. Due to the product not able to deliver desired results, we have decided to discontinue the services. We therefore, want the money paid to the shine.com refunded to us. I am attaching all the emails sent to shine.com in this connection in attached word file.These emails were sent from indiatechservices@gmail.com i.e. my office Id. The contract is also between Indiatech services and shine.com. Request you to look into the matter and help us in getting refund to us.

Due to portal not having the required CVs, we lost revenue. We therefore want all our money paid to them refunded.
