I had seen many advertisements and print ads of genie and thought their service will be better. But I was wrong. GENIE CABS have the WORST service to provide and nothing else. This was evident from my first booking. My requirement was to book a cab for my SENIOR CITIZEN parents to be picked and dropped from my home to the railway station. My assumption was that GENIE CABS will provide best service and take care of my requirement. But that was all false. I had made online booking on 4th May for a cab for 11 AM – 5th May, 2014 with booking reference number 26295923. At 10:58 AM I get the details of the driver. I call the driver to know when he would come. He responds saying that he will not be able to come and asked me to call 33993399. I called this number and informed what has happened to the attendant and she put me on hold for minute to check and comes back saying that she will not be able to arrange cab since she couldn’t find any cab near the pick-up point.

Then I asked to escalate this and transfer my call to her manager, for which she said she will have someone call me back. I wait for 45 mins and no one calls me. I call back the number and now the new attendant says that my booking is cancelled. Without my acceptance the booking was cancelled. I asked her to forward my call her manager or someone who will answer my questions. Then another person came in listened to my problem and said he will raise a complaint and someone will get back to me in 3-4 days. GENIE CABS provide WORST SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK cabs from genie.
