My bike no is mp09ny 1679. My bike’sgront wheel have been damaged ( internally, color have been broken ) this results in to a damage of wheel as well as tachometer cup attached to the front wheel. When I went to show room they told me to claim for insurance not for warranty . so that did that. But now the insurance company told me this incident is mechanical failure . so ask for warranty. Now I have paid 3900 rupees and none of them are refunding my money. First year warranty of bike will be over by 11 may 2014. I have suffered initially 15 days now again they are causing me a stress.

I want my money to be refunded and some action must be taken so that no one else suffer through this again.
