Sir, I have purchased a 15 lit storage geyser of Shivalik company from Shopclues.com, they have charge me Rs 6390 after Rs 500/- discount, when I received my geyser I observed that they have removed the MRP from the box so I don’t know what is the actual MRP of that product, and I suspect they have charged more than the MRP. as I don’t see any other reason of removing MRP from the box. I have contacted to the website they told me to fill up return form with the image, I did and after 5 days they send me a mail that we are unable to under your problem with the product.
