I gave my mobile handset xolo q800 on april second and it was sent to delhi service center immediately.. since then there is no proper response except pending status on my phone when ever i call them. workorder number 310000334397 imei 911306750182. its already 34 days and i could not get any proper response either. i don’t even have a good spare phone.. they are taking out more than a month of my warranty period.. i want me phone back asap and want my warranty period to be extended.. or else i should go to the m=police.. because my warranty period is gonna end by this month mid. this xolo not returning my handset. i need it back in proper working condition
