Dear Sir Madam, I Had Rehcarge Through online bsnl portal when i done balance has been deducted from my bank account but did’t received refund yet i had lauched complaint to bsnl portal they said that balance wiil be refunded but not yet received after 15 days also so please do the further

i want my both refund back of rs 109+109 as well as my harassment in front of that 5000 rs
