Sir, This is to bring your attention into the issue we are facing from the BSNL. Our phone number is : 0470 2633180 This is under Avanavanchery Exchange, Attingal, Trivandrum. We have taken land line connection only because of getting broadband. However, the broadband is getting complaint frequently. We are using only broadband, and land line is not required for us. The broadband is not working now also. This time it has been more than 10 days. The recent incident is the broadband got complaint on 23rd April. And we placed a complaint on the same day. And, on raising a new complaint, our priority also goes down. We are not getting satisfactory response on calling to exchange’s number. Instead we are supposed to go there in person (only on office time 10AM to 5 PM). No customer care numbers are available after the office hours.
