would like to report dishonest operations by Spicejet. First of all they show that they have flights available for a sector and then 4 days before the flight, they just cancel the flight with no alternative. This happened to me twice on my Hyd – Mysore return journey. First, on 22 Apr, they cancelled my Bangalore – Mysore and Mysore – Bangalore flight. I called them when I got time from work but they had just 1 option which meant my entire travelling day of Apr 30 and May 4 was wasted waiting in Bangalore airport. I took that as a bump and since I did not have control over it, decided to let it go. Now, just 4 days from my flight, I get another message that my Apr 30 flight, from Bangalore – Mysore is cancelled. Quite upset, I called up the customer care and they have no alternate flight also.

I want to get free flight voucher for anywhere in India from spicejet on any dates for the next 1 year (given that I book 14 days in advance) for the mental anguish that has been caused. I also want for spicejet to make my travel arrangement from Hyd to Mysore or reimburse my taxi bill.
