Hello Sir, I have booked a flat in Bangalore with Richmond Builders Pvt ltd 2 ½ years back. The possession was in June 2013 but still we have not received the possession of our flats. There is a penalty clause in the sales deed but builder is denying to pay any penalty to the flat owners even though the delay was for 12 month+. every week we are going to meet builder/ land owner they are just lying that project will be ready within 2 month but when we visited the site and enquired with the site supervisor and labour supervisor he sai builder and land owner are making you fool. your flats can’t be ready before Dec 2014 end. It seems he is not using good quality sanatary, plumbing equipments now. he has constructed illegal floors even. Seeking your help and assistance on this matter. Please help us all 100+ flat owners. We want the possession of our flat ASAP and the penalty which builder and I agreed upon while signing on the sales deed. – Illegal floors should be demolished. – Builder must use good quality Sanitary and bathroom/kitchen fittings. Please reply if you want any documents..
