We have purchased a XOLO Q900 for my wife in April 2014, on 7th of May the phone stopped working so we took it to Xolo Supprt centre at Sai Computers and teleshopee,Erandwane,Pune Pin Code:411004 Landline Nos:7276272xxx.Center Manager:Mr.Atul Wade We were informed that we would get phone in 21 days as its motherboard is dead, now after more than 1 month, the handset is not delivered to us. The Job card number is : 310000412394 If we call Xolo toll free number they say we would do it ASAP.

We want our phone in working order ASAP or we need a brand new Q900 phone or we need our money back.
