rightchoicehomeshop.com – Potentially Fake Committments

Dear Sir, this is a proactive complaint regarding rightchoicehomeshop.com company, the address of the company (as mentioned on their website) is B – 292, 2nd floor chandrakanta Complex new ashok nagar delhi 110096. Contact no. listed in the website are 011-65096566 and 65108355. The concerned people from this company with whom i was in touch are Ms. Nisha and Ms. Manisha, and the nos. from where I received the calls are 01132316648 and 01132316643. The first call i received from them was around 20th Nov, where they said that my name and no. has been chosen for a benefit where i can get a laptop or an LED TV of my choice brand by paying just Rs. 7999. There was no written confirmation of the benefit from the company and they committed me that as soon as i pay the amount an email will be sent to me with the confirmation of the benefit – by now they had confirmed that i will get and LED TV of my choice and i chose Samsung Brand. Sensing them as a sincere company i paid them 7999 through my credit card (bank: Kotak, last four digits 5097) on 21st Nov at 2.00pm. After that only two emails had come to me – one has my login detail and other has a link to see my order detail (Order No.: as mentioned in the mail from info@rightchoicehomeshop.com is O21112013AM032545), which says it is a reebok kit. The company made me pay my amount against this product only but confirmed that it will not be given to you, only LED TV will come to you. They also said that the email will come to me shortly. I followed up rigorously with Ms. Nisha and Ms. Manihsa for the confirmation email of my benefit but they failed to give me any convincing answer. They were constantly saying that the server is down hence the email has not come to me. This went on for 4 to five days. and lastly they said the no email will come till the product is delivered to my address. They have committed that the benefit product (LED TV-SAMSUNG) will be delivered at my address on 10th December 2013, which is yet to come. Today when i called up at their no. one of their male colleagues lifted the no. and said there no one in their company with the name of Ms. Nisha or Ms. Manisha. Now, I think that i have been a victim of a online shopping fraud and I am afraid that i will be given any product as verbally committed by Ms. Nisha/Ms. Manisha to me. Hence, I am hereby putting this proactive complaint to you seeing a potential loss of money, also I have gone through the mental stress due to their calls after calls and my followup for their confirmation mail about the benefit. In case, I do not receive the committed product from them by 10th December, I would request you to please take a strict action against this company. Legal Action towards the company and individuals involved in the matter. Refund of Rs. 7999/- and any suitable amount to compensate the mental stress, as decided by the court or authorities.
