Hi, I have purchased XOLO x900 mobile(IMEI : 911202500049911) on 14.10.2012. In September 2013 mobile got dead so i called customer care no.180030100104 launch a complaint on 26th Sept 2013 & complaint No. in 310000115916 & phone picked from my home by Fedex Courier, they are committed to me 10-12 day for phone repair & till date (after nearly 3 months ) my phone is not repaired.

They are providing very bad service & no satisfactory answers from them. I have called in their customer care number upto 25 times but always get an answer as handset still in a repairing status.Please help to get my Rs 17,500 costing mobile ASAP.

Can somebody from Xolo take the ownership and start responding to consumer grievances which have been growing leaps and bounds ?
