I am a resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh I have downloaded my jio app on my mobile and got a coupon code and immediately rushed to the near by reliance express mini store at dondaparthy,visakhapatnam there one of the reliance representative received us very well and and verified my details and scanned my free jio coupon and said that your coupon is redeemed by some one and asked him how is it possible if it get redeemed there should be a notification in my jio app that my coupon was redeemed. But there is no reply from him and he said come tomorrow. Further I came to know that the reliance store representatives are selling the coupon codes to the shop keepers next to the jio store and shopkeepers are selling sims for Rs 400 if you are having a coupon and 500 if you are not having a coupon. I was help less and I in the next day I found that I got a notification that m y coupon was redeemed and there is no sim and no code to take a sim. I request you to take severe action against these fraud. Regards Thank you
