I renewed my Royal Sundaram Car Insurance on 15th July 2014. After making the payment, four days ,later i got a mail stating to pay extra amount. I informed that my policy got expired on . They told its ok and sent their executive to examine my vehicle for policy renew. They done that and on 15th July 2014 i got a mail stating the quote amount to be paid as renewal of car insurance policy. I made the payment. I got a mail confirming my policy got renewed and amount they received extra. I informed that my car number and address had an errors. I got a reply to mail the car registration certificate scanned copy for the same. I sent them through. After 4 days instead of correcting the details,, they told to pay the extra amount. I refused to pay the amount & demanded for policy document. I even told, to cancel the policy as they are charging more, they even refused to do so.

I want my policy to be renewed for the quoted amount itself.
