i have booked 6 ticket from Manali to Delhi from Red Bus website for Royal Travels Delhi of 24th June. on the same day at 1 PM royal travels agent called me and said that bus is late and will be reach in Manali by 5:30PM and the right time was 4:00 PM. bus was reached at Manali by 5:30 and the passengers who were already traveled from that bus complaining that bus is totally damaged head light was not working and that it take 24 hour to reach from delhi to manali then i cancelled the travel from manali to delhi according them. on the same passengers behalf Manali RTO make a challan of bus for rs 15000.
