for the past 3 week my net connect doesn’t show balance for my data usage. they are looting people. i usually recharge my number with 255rs where i get 1gb of data. this month i did that recharge on 5th of this month. my 1 gb data exhausted on 16th of this month. 1gb usage in 10 days. its impossible. reliance not showing balance means the customer doesnt know the balance they can loot people

refund the recharge i made. show customer the exact data balance.
