Bal Mangal Educational Trust had contracted DHL Cargo packers and movers, Pune for transport of donated desktops to our school at Aurangabad, Bihar. They gave proforma quote to pay 26000.They collected the goods after payment of 6500 via account transfer on 26 March 14. After collection they asked for 20730 payment. As per original quote, balance amount of 19500 was already scheduled to be paid in our system. Due to mistake on our side, we again scheduled 20730 without removing 19500. Both these amount 20730 and 19500 got paid via account transfer on 27Mar. Mansingh(ph: 9923102xxx), their Pune office main contact person was immediately informed, and he said it would be reverted. After that he was followed up multiple times, but it never happened. On 20th April, proprietor Vinod(ph: 9380506xxx) was informed over phone and he conferenced with Mansingh and said the money will be paid back. We kept following up with both but nothing happened. When we talked to them around end April, Mansingh said file a case.we sent legal notice in beginning of May and got no response. We have recording of phone conversations when they both were saying they will transfer back. It is attached

DHL should pay back Rs 1,00,000, and any legal expenses that we have to incur to defend this case, so that they should never indulge in consumer harassment again
