I tried to do a transaction with freecharge.in it failed twice but the amount got deducted from my bank twice. I emailed them about this and they acknowledge it and assured me that my payment would be reversed within 5 to 7 days. It’s been 9 days and I have not received my payment back till now. They have also stopped responding to my emails from the past 3 days. The amount of the two transactions was 222 + 222 total 444
