This is in regards to unprofessionalism of an reliance trends store manager named as Gaurav in Uppal mall Jagadhri.

I usually buy my clothes from Reliance trends leaving all other outlets because of the customer service and the wide range of variety in various brands. It was 12th August 2017 on my birthday I did shopping from reliance trends and at 8:45 pm, I gave two trousers for alteration which the store employees informed me that it would be given back to me after an hour. They give me a slip and took my contact number also, I had also informed the same person that I would be waiting in the Macdi outlet and will wait over there till I could have something to eat. Also I had some important stuff which was submitted at the entrance gate by the security Gaurds which I decided to collect altogether after an hour.

It was 9:55 I came back to the store and found that it was closed and locked. I looked up for customer care number online and called on that number but the helpline is only available till 6 or 6:30. I then contacted the mall office and finally got the store manager contact number whose name is Gaurav and his contact number is +91 7082207449. I called him at 10:08 pm asked him for help as there was some important stuff which was locked in the security room and I had an official trip flight schedule to the very next day early morning. Gaurav was so rude to me that he straight forward told me that ‘’I can’t help you anyhow and if you want you could lodge a complaint against me’’. He even started an argument with me unnecessarily without listening to my issue. I requested Gaurav and also explained him that how important it is to get my stuff back from the store as I could have lost my Job also. Gaurav then replied to me that ‘’Bahut atey hai tere jaise yaha..hamein nahi pata kya konsi flight jati hai yamunanagar se” I told him that my flight is in morning and I have to leave from home to Delhi but he started abusing me to which I was feeling harassed. I aksed him for his employee Id but he dint revealed it to me.

I am a local resident of Jagadhri working in Gurgaon. I asked Gaurav where does he stay in YNR so that I could meet him in person but he continued his abusive language and disconnected the call. I had a big loss in my official life just because this unprofessional behavior of Gaurav. There was not even a single call made to me before closing the store also this should have been informed to be at the desk itself when I was told to wait for an hour.

I request you to please take strict action for the store manager Gaurav of reliance trends outlet in Uppal Mall Jagadhri(Yamunanagar). Also I would mention here that I had spoken to some of the store attendants in the store itself where everyone has a negative feedback for this man. I hope this would be taken into consideration and I would hear from you very soon.
