Tata Sky DTH – No Response from Nodal Officer

‘m perplexed with the attitude of nodal officer lack or response to my mail n no Avenue to contact the appellate authority….proof is yesterday someone from Tata sky calls my wife n not me! Why?? Another proof is this message…Sub ID : 1080111907.

Why is it that after the last talk nodal officer I not replying to.my mails or calling me but calling others??
