I have paid 5k for hair smoothing on 27 sept & after 3 days went for hair wash(1.10.2014). Which gave a pathetic experience because my hair is turning to normal hair & even haven’t cut split end when asked about it,they asked me to come next week. When i had went,they send me back stating that there is no staff. They took 1.4k for shampoo,conditioner n serum. Wen opened the product, they have provided the bottles which r not sealed n with half filled shampoo bottle & serum that is empty. As i m working, they r tiring me by making to roam behind & not completing the service which they have promised. After the chemical they used,it has resulted in dandruff,when informed about that,they come up with other treatment which takes money.they r just grabbing money but not giving service

I want worth result for the amount i have paid,if they r unable to do so,let them reimburse the amount so that i ll b able to get it done properly elsewhere. They have cheating customers by selling unsealed products & fooling customers by giving used products. please stop this act
