ICICI Lombard – Delay making payment claim frustrated service

ICICI Lombard Policy Number: 3005/W-23030852/00/000 Vehicle No: KA03HQ4624 Policy Start Date: 02/01/2014 Policy End Date: 01/01/2015 Policy type: Two wheeler motor policy My Registered Mobile Number: +91 9972179xxx I registered my claim on 19th August 2014. At that time they gave approval to my claim and I got my vehicle repaired. But I didn’t get any claim amount till now even after more than 1.5 month. I called to their call center several time within this time period. Every time they were saying, they have increased the priority of my claim and I will get my claim status (with claim check) within 3 working days. Later on 29th September they told me they have dispatched my claim check (& provided me tracking number of speed post). But when I didn’t receive, I called them again on 6th October and talked with their senior personnel. He told my claim is not settled till now, contradictory to what they told me on 29th September. He promised me he will escalate my service request. When I didn’t receive any update from their side for next 3 days. I called them on 8th and 9th October but still no result came and things were not done by them. It seems, they want to make it delay for indefinite time by giving improper excuses. Now, I am totally frustrated with their service. I want my claim check as I have insurance policy and compensation for all inconvenience they have created to me.

1.I want My claim amount check as I have insurance policy. 2.I want compensation to all inconvenience/troubles they have created to me during interaction with call center.
