Dear sir, we requested for shifting on Beam Telecom connection but still not acted. complaint logged on 29th sep 2014. registered mobile: 9000884xxx mail: shekar@airtelmail.in address: savitri nilayam, near vijaya marry hospital, khairathabad but still they not resolved & now telling that it will possible provide unless we straggled without internet in my office 10 days. giving fake information to users. for new connection sourcing time they will give proper response, later not responding and not giving service every month we are paying service charge & rental … we kept 3 month advance deposit now not giving proper service to us.
kindly look in to this matter . internet provider is giving fake promises to user, not help but taking service charge & rental in make case because of delay service i loosed my 25000/- above profit kindly help & same common man
