This is to inform you that the following things happen with us :- 1) On 21st Sep 2013 country club person call us you have won a 7 days tour package and they call us to come at noida Centre Stage mall and collect your package, but when we reach there they insist us to take membership(CCDL11V10LB16773) of 10 year(Studio Blue). 2) On the same day they wrongly commit us various things i.e. for 10 year you will get all benefit, there hotels will be 4 to 5 star category but unfortunately there tie up and there self property is not even 2 star. 3) We have commit us to give 5 food coupon but they didn’t given to us. 4) After taking there membership they said you need to pay more amount to there tie up property. 5) They always commit to give good hotel but always gives bad quality of hotel. 6) We have paid Rs 70,000/- but they did not given us 7000/- rupee service. 7) They regularly calling us for maintenance charges and when we given the amount they are not picking up the call. 8) They wrongly said we waived off your maintenance charge but they regularly disturbing but demanding more amount. 9) They wrongly showing us benefit but not giving services accordingly. 10) We have given there maintenance charge and demand a hotel at piccadilly resort(tie up resort) manali for 27-30 dec 2014. but again they deny and booked in other low class property. 11) They commit us to give Rs 2000/- food coupon of country club but they have given only Rs 500/-

We want our full membership amount with interest.
