Telecom – Balance deduction without information false data pack offers

On 4/10/2014 i went to the retailer to recharge my mobile no 9501960xxx. He checked the offers on my number and told me that i have an offer to recharge with rs 98 and get 1 gb data with 28 days validity. 500 mb instantly and 500 mb after 2 hours. After recharging with rs 98 i got 500mb data and the rest 500 mb was not credited. I called the customer care on 8/10/2014. The executive said you will be informed next day i.e. 9/10/2014 at 5:29pm. Next day when i called customer care again the executive said there was no such offer on my number and refused to credit the data on my number. I have the sms saved in my phone of the offers available i got just before the recharge.

I could not use the internet for two days. I wished to reserve train tickets for my journey but could not do so. As a result seats got booked and i did not get one. And so has to cancel my journey. Every time the data ends up they start to deduct from main balance without information.
