Sambit International Hotel Puri, Review

I had talked one of the executive of Sambit International Hotel named Mr.Gautam Mandal on 26 October 2015 for room booking and send my requirement through SMS ( on mob no +919337030647) that I need 3 standard double bed non AC room for 26, 27 and 28 December 2015 and 2 Standard double bed non AC room for 26,27,28 and 29 December 2015 at 1.24 pm. In response to that SMS he sent me bank details for advance token money at 1:54pm. I transferred rs 2500.00 through Internet banking from my SBI swarthya Bhawan branch to Bank of India ac no 555020110000144, Bhubaneswar on 27 October 2015 at 5:29 pm. I also informed it through SMS. I asked about the booking room no, he assured me over telephone ” I should not worry. ” Again on 21.12.15, I rang up and asked about the room. then The concerned person told me that the previous person Gautam Mandal left the hotel & did not booked the room. I also send email regarding it but I did not receive any information from the hotel manager. Today 22.12.15, evening when again rang up, the concerned person of the hotel blamed me why I did not asked the room confirmed letter and misbehaved me. I also requested him to help it out from this situation as our co passengers are 3 old aged persons & 2 children . I also requested him to book some nearby guesthouse with that money, Rs. 2500 as I am facing the difficulty in booking it from Kolkata But he responded with blaming attitude why I did not collect room confirmation letter I had booked each room with Rs 1200 but presently I have to spend approx. 40, 000 instead of Rs. 18, 000 Furthermore I have send sms & money as per manager”s instruction.
