Vodafone Pre-Paid Mobile Balance Deduction

I am Mr. Vaghji and i am the regular user of Vodafone, My Mob.no. is 9820XX1217, I have a complaint regarding the Deduction of Balance. I starts my data cable for downloading a video, as i started and after half minutes my download gets failed and my balances is all gets over, I want to know for what reason my balance get over, Before starting the data cable i have 212.76 rs in my mobile and now i have nil Balance, please provide me the reason and i want my balance return because Rs 212 is not a small part of amount.The incident is happened with me on 22/12/2015 at 8.10 PM. Please take a necessary action for my case,I like to here good reply from you and please give reply to me as early as possible
