Samsung Galaxy – Auto Restarting no proper service

SUB: Complaint against Defective Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT S7582 handset Very poor customer centric approach of Samsung taking customer for granted . 1 I have purchased a SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET from the Dealer of Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd , M/s SSK RETAIL PVT. LTD. LOWER PAREL, MUMBAI -13.VIDE BILL NO. S134875 dt.05-07-2013.(copy attached) 2 Within six months, the phone started giving various problems given below: 2.1 Auto Restarting 2.2 Auto Discharging Battery/ Battery drain even on off mode. Even after charges 100% full in the night – in the morning the battery is only 70% without usage i.e 30% drains automatically. 2.3 Some Memo appears in duplicate automatically. 2.4 Text memo – while some memos are short ones – some memos gets automatically deleted irrespective of small of big. 2.5 While recording on voice recorder we pause for few seconds to restart again, but it automatically goes to save mode. 2.6 Voice recorder -no proper recording 2.7 Voice recording auto deleting 2.8 Display brightness changes of its own 2.9 Auto shifting of one page to another page 2.10 Phone icon shows 1 missed call –Actually there is none 2.11 Plus many more 3 We have approached their service center M/s. Vigneshwar, near Ganesh Talkies, Lalbaug Mumbai, who kept this mobile phone for 10 days, but the problem not solved. 4 We have approached their another service centre, M/s. Atul Electronics, Elphinston Road, Mumbai on 14/2/2014 and they have also kept the instrument for 3 days. Still no improvement 5 We made on line complaint in Samsung Website in their technical support dept., product complaint dept., General complaint dpt., CEO etc. etc., ad also over telephone on various times i) 08/02/2014 ii) 15/02/2104 iii) 22/02/2014 iv) 13/03/2014 v) 15/03/2014 vi) 20/03/2014 vii) 29/03/2014 6 All our complaints acknowledged by their team as a formality, but no action has been taken 7 Finally, on 21/3/2014 & on 29/3/2014 Mr. Shailendra Kumar Jha, Manager, Customer Experience given his final decision saying “ If you still find problem then please visit service center so that we can resolve the issue promptly” 8 We have already sent the phone two times to their service centre and they have kept the handset days together without any improvement. Again they want me to send the phone to their service centre.

The biggest pain is even after wasting so much of time, energy and money and undergoing physical, mental agony, Samsung never bothered to look into the actual defect in the instrument with the intention of solving it.
