Iwent for Honeymoon trip with Travel accurate and they cheated me with following manner: I was opted for superdelux catagory for my honeymoon trip. ? Very small room(10*10 feet) looks like guest house(Although it was “super Deluxe room”?). ? No room cleaning done. ? No bad tea/coffee served. As per room service guy, They open kitchen at 7:30 AM and will serve tea or coffee only till 8:00 Am ?.By the way they do not receive call till 8:00 AM and forces to come for breakfast. Hats the way they saves the cost and cheated the guest. ? Flower bad decoration done by used flowers and steeled flowers. ? Kesar milk give in a glass in which we are drinking Tea/coffee(A small size).(By the way it’s not kesar / Badam milk .Its plain milk with lots of water?). ? Staff is rude and did not supportive at all. they even did not provide us one extra candle for lighting purpose. ? Apple wine provided is out of date?. ? Cake is very good around 100 grams ? ?. ? Food quality was very good I must say. ? They have bad in two parts. Means they combined two mattresses into on double bed. We were very uncomfortable in sleeping though it was “Super deluxe”?. Review regarding transport: In six days tour we visited just three places by car . 1. Kufri 2. Solong valley. 3. Pinjore garden (In which cost for parking and entry fees paid by me). Missed places due to driver’s in efficiency: 1. Jaaku temple. 2. Hidimba temple in manali. 3. Montessori in manali. 4. Church in Shimla .(By the way they dropped us about 2 km away to see the mall road in Shimla.) About driver: Driver was intentionally not supportive. He drove a car 15 KMS in snow fall from manali to hang out with his friend (Which was the second driver of cab of travel accurate). I have seen that car can be drive safely in a snow for which we paid 750 rs extra(Commission You see). (Same feeling by second couple as well). The snow in manali is not an issue . every one drove his cars .(Including NANO). There was not absolutely risk. Travel accurate should pay me 750 rs which cost me due to lake of management . Back to Delhi from manali, CAR was faulty from Chandigarh. Although driver did not mind it. Car was stopped at karnal toll gate(160 kms from Delhi at 9:45 PM). He arranged a second cab but I think we were not in safe position till we reached to hotel (By the way I reached to hotel at 2:AM) is it safe in Delhi???????????? I had to spend 700 rs in auto to reach my hotel. A driver (which was arranged by Lakhan) dropped me out of Delhi ?. Travel accurate must pay this money to me.
