I have already complained 8 times earlier about my handset samsung galaxy grand.last time i even submitted video showing the hang ,as it was of of 30 seconds the technical department person of Samsung company Mr sudip Manna didn’t consider it and told me to make 15-20 mins video.this time i took 30 mins video and another one for 15 mins and after that i showed the hanged set to the service centre’s technical person now he is giving one more new task to me to use a different sim in my handset.if i cant use sim of my choice then it should be mentioned in the box that only particular sim can be used with this phone.Mr. Sudip Manna has been harassing me for the past 1 month.Do arrange a immediate refund for this set. i have had it enough.
I want an immediate refund else replacement of this set with some other model
