I have purchased samsung galaxy mobile with bill in may 2013 but from very second month there are following problem which on repeatedly complaint to dealer in amalner dist. jalgaon I had not got any response 1) mobile goes hang in between 2) battery displays on screen 27-30% but mobiles goes shut down 3) mobile goes shut down on 4 hours with talking time hardly 30 min. without internet case filed in consumer court.

Mobile sim card slot problem
Dear Samsung Team, my mobile was just taken a 2 months back of model samsung gt-s5310 and the problem is when i insert any sim in it, it does not showing the network ,and instead it is asking for INSERT SIM option. Please look into the issue ASAP.
