Gave My Videocon A26 With IMEI 911326300035471 bought on 23.07.2013 to the Mcare Authorized service centre of Videocon on 8th Jan 2014 under warranty for blank display on 16th Jan 2014 they return my mobile with defect of no signals, for which I hand it over to them again from there they keep on extending the date stating non availability etc. They gave me on written that they will give my phone on 20th Feb 2014 after my several visit to their office but failed and give me Mr.Akshya’s no stating that he is in charge of Odisha for Videocon mobile who assure me to deliver me my mobile in 5 days but again failed. They do not even give me any response from their side expects will inform you after my various queries. On 3rd march I got my mobile swapped with new one with IMEI 911326300048961 again with more faults (after my written complain t them) when i complained they again receive the mobile but with a different job card stating the reason of new IMEI no. and promised me to give a new model with extended warranty in 2 days as the so many faults but till date not received the phone n they also denying either to give a new model or to give extended warranty. When I contacted Akshya who has made the promises over phone states that they only give the warranty for the period when my phone was with them but is not willing to give it on writing and when asked to confirm the same on email he agreed but do not have given any mail and now also not responding to my calls.
I want I will be provided with a new model along with new/extended warranty with a compensation for the my losses amounting a sum of Rs.20000/- or should be refunded the amount of my mobile with interest along with a compensation for the my losses amounting a sum of Rs.30000/- AS the mobile keep on decreasing and show more faults after each service. first display blank, then got no network, then got camera problem, receiver problem, music player problem in short each time it got worst so the phone is a waste even the company says the part of the mode is not available so if it got any trouble even one day after service period it will not be repairable so do not want the model any more.
