had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mobile online through their website https://samsungindiaestore.com/ for Rs 37150 using Standard Chartered Credit Card on October 28 2013.(Order Number : 1199039) As per offer at that time, there was a cash back of 10% when purchase was done using Standard Chartered credit-card, which was to be refunded by 4-Jan-2014. However despite multiple communication on helpline (18001038384) and mail, the matter is being postponed every time.
