I purchased a Samsung j7 phone and offered with a jio connection on 30th July, 2017 assuring that I would get 84 day’s 1gb data on payment of Rs 309 only. As my plan was showing only 56 day’s data service I asked customer care twice and they confirmed me that I would get 84 day’s 1gb data by Samsung jio offer and the date would be extended by sending a sms from jio company. But the plan ended on 56th day and no sms was received. When I called customer care again they told I would get only 56 day’s data as per their system information and they could not help in this regard. So I was actually deceived by their wrong information.
