I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV Model No.LA32C450E1 and Serial No.MPHY3PBZ800536P from your retailer M/s. Gopu Nandilath G Mart calicut on October 2010 with lot of expectation in quality and reliability But unfortunately within a span of 3 Months the display panel got damaged and replaced it after that also it had given trouble and they had come repaired it. Just few days prior to the warranty expiry it started giving small lines and it had slowly developed and few months later in a position to see it at all. Then we called up the service people they said the panel is gone bad again it has to be replaced at my cost which about 13K To be honest this is not expected from a company like Samsung and this is very serious quality issue incidentally I have checked for a resolution in internet and result was so horrible There are lot of customers having same issue which reported and there will be more this which is not reported I strongly believe that there is very serious quality issue with this model and I request the concern to replace my product as soon as possible at companies cost.

Replace The V with new one with warranty.
