I Purchased my LED tv in the month of Jan 2012, 40 inches tv series 5000 complaint reference is 8439292984 Intially my tv picture starts after a long time some time 2 hours also ,i registered for customer service ,the service engineer locally visited after several attempts and concluded that the problem is in the board and estimated that the repair cost would be around 7000 inclusive of service . despite after many difficulties the service engineer replaced the board but didnt work. he told that to bring the tv to service centre located in vellore which is 30 kms away from my residence.iam mentally disturbed ,is it that samsung products are not good enough for even 2 yrs very sad. i want a solution for my money for buying this inferior product or shall i go for further . Iam not here to threatnen the situation ultimately it is the voice of a innocent customer who has bought samsung product.i kinldy expect some good solution with patience ,looking forward for your kind support . Earlier the tv was somehow working after 2 or 3 hours but after the service engineer inspected the tv ,now it is totally dead. for your information
